New York, NY, March 18, 2025 – Parity, the premier platform for professional women athlete partnerships, is proud to have been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025. This year’s list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations to set new standards and achieve remarkable milestones in all sectors of the economy. Alongside the World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies, Fast Company recognizes 609 organizations across 58 sectors and regions.

“At Parity, we are committed to driving real change in women’s sports by forging meaningful partnerships and uncovering opportunities that elevate women athletes,” says Leela Srinivasan, CEO of Parity. “Being named to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list is a testament to the impact we’re making—not just for the athletes we support, but for the brands and fans who believe in a more equitable future. We’re honored by this recognition and excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in women’s sports.”

Over the past year, Parity has developed high-impact collaborations between leading brands, professional women athletes, and their fans while expanding its athlete network to nearly 1,100 athletes across 85+ sports—including over 300 Olympians and Paralympians. The platform is rapidly becoming the go-to destination for professional women athlete partnerships, working with established brands such as Linkedin, AdventHealth, and Morgan Stanley as well as breakthrough consumer brands including Nulo Pet Food, Boatsetter, IPSY, and Superfeet Worldwide. Additionally, in November 2024 Parity partnered with sister company Gainbridge and the Women’s Sports Foundation for the second annual “Parity Week by Gainbridge,” investing in the future of women’s sports.  Through this initiative, 22 grants totaling $172,000 were awarded to 22 organizations and elite athletes that held camps, clinics and education sessions to give girls more opportunities to play a wide range of sports, from flag football to fencing.

Parity is dedicated to identifying the challenges and opportunities within women's sports to drive meaningful change. Over the past year, the platform has led groundbreaking research to deepen understanding of the industry, paving the way for greater equity in women's sports. The first report in partnership with SurveyMonkey explored fan engagement and equity in women’s sports, analyzing global trends in how audiences view, consume, and interact with women’s sports. The second was a comprehensive study examining the economic uncertainties faced by professional women athletes across 55 sports, highlighting their financial realities and proposing actionable solutions for a more equitable future.

The World’s Most Innovative Companies stands as Fast Company’s hallmark franchise and one of its most anticipated editorial efforts of the year. To determine honorees, Fast Company’s editors and writers review companies driving progress around the world and across industries, evaluating thousands of submissions through a competitive application process. The result is a globe-spanning guide to innovation today, from early-stage startups to some of the most valuable companies in the world.

“Our list of the Most Innovative Companies offers both a comprehensive look at innovation today and a playbook for the future,” says Fast Company editor-in-chief Brendan Vaughan. “This year, we recognize companies that are harnessing AI in deep and meaningful ways, brands that are turning customers into superfans by overdelivering for them, and challengers that are introducing bold ideas and vital competition to their industries. At a time when the world is rapidly shifting, these companies are charting the way forward.”

The full list of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies honorees can now be found at fastcompany.com. It will also be available on newsstands beginning March 25.

Fast Company will host the Most Innovative Companies Summit and Gala for honorees on June 5. The summit features a day of inspiring content, followed by a creative black-tie gala including networking, a seated dinner, and an honoree presentation.
