Elizabeth's keen curiosity spurred innovation within the team, driving them to explore new avenues of content creation and engagement. Through their collaborative efforts, Team Parity reached nearly 210,000 individuals, leaving an indelible mark on brand visibility and the athletes' professional trajectories. Additionally, Elizabeth's instrumental role in orchestrating Parity Week by Gainbridge® further underscores her ability to foster impactful initiatives. Parity Week was a dynamic celebration of women’s sports legends and current athletes, highlighted by dynamic media engagements and a robust social media presence. Through strategic management and collaboration with over 75 professional women athletes, Elizabeth and Parity successfully amplified the event’s impact, driving awareness of Gainbridge’s commitment to women’s sports investment and fostering meaningful connections. As a multi-sport collegiate athlete while at Pomona College, she competed as starting point guard and also in Track and Field.
