Parity has reached a monumental milestone by welcoming our 1000th woman athlete to our roster, cementing a diverse and talented community of professional women in sports. This achievement underscores Parity's commitment to elevating all women athletes, shown in our wide array of sports, skills, and accomplishments. 

When we started Parity, our dream was to create a platform that not only recognizes but also amplifies the accomplishments of professional women athletes and highlights the engaged and highly active women’s sports fans. We envisioned a space where talent meets opportunity, where the hard work of women athletes is celebrated, and where partnerships intersect with innovative marketing strategies.

Whether it's leveraging their reach for social media campaigns, engaging them as brand ambassadors, tapping them as inspiring keynote speakers, or collaborating on products, partnering with Parity's athletes offers brands a unique opportunity to be part of a larger narrative — because no one works harder than women in sports. Alana Casner

Alana Casner works at Parity as Vice President of Content & Strategy. Her background includes 15 years of content creation and digital partnership experience. Prior to joining Parity in 2021, she served as Director of Creative Strategy at The Players' Tribune, a role in which she focused on cornerstone activism initiatives like women in sport, LGBTQIA+, mental health and more. As a multi-sport collegiate athlete while at Pomona College, she competed as starting point guard and also in Track and Field.
